How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at hello@itscherie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Your Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

- Full refund on the product price
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. We'll make sure your refund is processed quickly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@itscherie.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
